DragonSword: Awakening Endgame Hunts and Raids Guide

Last updated: July 2026

Hunts, co-op Raids, daily world bosses, and Tower of Trials — soloable endgame loops at launch.

Hunts — Story Boss Replay Ladder

Hunts let you re-fight story bosses across a ladder of five difficulty settings. Conquering one tier unlocks the next with increased rewards. A second player can join Hunts for co-op, though solo completion grants identical loot per Hound13's co-op parity design. Hunts feed the exchange-center progression loop that replaced gacha duplicate pulls.

Raids — Multi-Phase Trio Battles

Raids scale boss encounters into longer multi-phase fights accommodating up to three players. Raids guard the game's best equipment materials at launch. Nothing forces multiplayer — all Raid content is soloable with the same reward tables. Producer JYJ demonstrated Raid boss footage in the May 2026 developer stream embedded below.

World Bosses and Tower of Trials

World bosses rotate on a daily schedule across the Continent of Orbis, adding variety beyond static Field Giant Boss routes. The solo Tower of Trials provides structured endgame floors with crafting materials for exclusive Karma keys per developer AMA answers. Tower content expands post-launch alongside Hero Quests and Rifts.

Progression Expectations

Rectify Gaming notes endgame modes exist primarily to feed gear progression — enjoyment depends on tolerance for repeated content runs. Pair Hunts with ailment-optimized teams from our Builds hub and validate coverage in the Team Builder. Main story completes in roughly 10–15 hours before these loops become the primary activity.
